The U.S. Navy Reserve has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) valued at $17,426,071.84 to CCS King George 2 LLC, a tribally-owned, minority-owned small disadvantaged business certified as an 8(a) joint venture, for the provision of multi-function support services at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, Texas. The contract has a base period of one year and four one-year option periods, for a total potential performance period of five years.
The contracted services include facility investment, custodial work, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, base support vehicles and equipment, environmental services, and other related functions. The scope of work is performance-based, and the contract will be competitively procured as a set-aside for 8(a) certified firms. The contract also includes several task orders for tree encroachment services, fire truck repair, air show support, and emergency executive toilet facilities at the Westworth Village, Texas location. These task orders, valued at over $500,000 in total, demonstrate CCS King George 2 LLC's ability to deliver a wide range of facilities management and construction services to the U.S. Navy and other federal agencies under this and other IDV contracts.
