The Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command awarded an indefinite delivery contract to A&R Pacific-Garney Federal JV under the New Construction, Renovation, and Repair of Various Heavy Horizontal and Civil Engineering Construction Projects multiple-award construction contract. The contract has a potential value of $1 billion to provide heavy horizontal and civil engineering construction projects at various government installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico through February 2031.
A&R Pacific-Garney Federal JV was also issued a $5 million firm fixed-price delivery order against this contract. The delivery order will fund minimum guarantee/heavy horizontal and mechanical and electrical construction and alteration construction management services in San Diego, California over an eight-year period of performance beginning in February 2023. The original solicitation sought proposals for multiple awards of indefinite delivery indefinite quantity construction contracts for a variety of heavy horizontal and civil engineering projects at Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest installations. The solicitation did not specify any set-asides and had an estimated maximum value of $1 billion over eight years for all contracts awarded.
