Location - Naval Research Laboratory, 2. Objective - The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources capable of performing Requirements and Performance Analysis of Concepts and Systems, RF Engineering, Mixed-signal circuit design (Analog/Digital), Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Software Development, Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, System/Subsystem Prototype Development, Test and Evaluation of Concepts and Systems, and Program Support.
