The initial 40 contract awardees, including the prime contractor Delta Resources, Inc., were selected through a full and open competition. NAVSEA is now conducting market research to potentially on-ramp additional vendors to the IDIQ-MAC pool. Any future solicitations would be issued under fair competition procedures among the qualified IDIQ-MAC holders.
