The Advanced Technology Support Program IV (ATSP4) is a $17.471 billion multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded by the Defense Microelectronics Activity, a component of the Department of Defense. The ATSP4 IDIQ enables the Department of Defense to rapidly acquire advanced microelectronics solutions, including systems engineering, electronic warfare, diminishing manufacturing sources support, and other specialized technical capabilities across the Air Force, Army, and Navy.

Under this contract vehicle, BAE Systems Information And Electronic Systems Integration Inc., a subsidiary of the foreign-owned defense manufacturer BAE Systems PLC, has been awarded numerous delivery orders valued over $700 million to provide systems integration, engineering services, and manufactured products in support of various aviation, missile defense, signals intelligence, and communications programs. Delivery orders issued to date cover a range of efforts such as obsolescence mitigation, secure communications upgrades, and the development of advanced sensor, telemetry, and electronic warfare systems. The contract has a performance period through March 2026 and does not utilize any small business set-asides.
