Added: Jul 01, 2011 5:31 pm Reference No. 283-12-1000REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administraion Indefinite Delivery Indefinte Quantity (SAMHSA IDIQ) - SAMHSA is issuing a draft statement of work with the description of Domains on the SAMHSA IDIQ to be awarded in FY 2012.This information is being provided to the field for a period of time to allow organizations to review and provide comments on the documents. When it is issue as a solicitiation each domain will have its own NAICS Code. As with the current SAMHSA IDIQ there will be a large and small size for all domains except for domain 6 will is set aside for small disadvantage businesses.Please review and provide your comments by both email and fax to Lynn Tantardini at Lynn.tantardini@samhsa.hhs.gov and 240-276-1510 (fax). The comment will be due by July 19, 2011. The comments received will be reviewed by SAMHSA and a determination will be made on whether to revise the Statement of Work based on the comments received. It is the intent to issue an RFP on this requirement in August 2011.This is only a request for comments not a request for capability statements or proposals.
