Added: Jun 03, 2016 11:47 am The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) National Highway Institute (NHI) anticipates issuing a full and open procurement to provide services to deliver, update, and develop training; develop supplemental materials and services to support training; advance the state of practice; and implement best practices for the FHWA Structures, Hydraulics, and Geotechnical engineering program areas. The solicitation will be available electronically via the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.fbo.gov. No written, telephonic, facsimile, e-mail or other type of request for the solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors/vendors are encouraged to register on www.fbo.gov and to monitor the website to receive the solicitation and any further information in reference to the subject action inclusive of any announcements, and amendments after its release.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A request for proposals is anticipated to be published, tough the Federal Business Opportunities website in June/July 2016. Once the solicitation is posted, all interested responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the FHWA.
