Dubois Construction, Inc., a self-certified small disadvantaged and woman-owned small business, has been awarded an indefinite delivery contract (IDC) by the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 3 valued at $50,000,000. The contract has a period of performance through October 31, 2023 and is set aside for total small businesses. Under this IDC, Dubois Construction has received numerous task orders from civilian federal agencies such as the Social Security Administration (SSA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to provide general construction, renovation, and facility maintenance services at government facilities across the Mid-Atlantic region. Key projects include renovating office space, replacing building systems and infrastructure, and performing other mission-critical upgrades at agency headquarters and field offices. Dubois Construction's substantial experience and capacity as a prime contractor on both this GSA IDC and a separate $2.4 million IDIQ with the SSA demonstrate its ability to efficiently execute a diverse range of construction and facility management requirements for federal civilian agencies.
