RM Wildfire Suppression LLC has been awarded a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Contract with a ceiling value of $250,000 by the National Interagency Fire Center to provide water handling equipment and services for Region 6, the Pacific Northwest Region. The contract, which becomes effective February 6, 2026 and extends through May 29, 2030, is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside on a Firm Fixed Price basis. The prime contractor will furnish water handling equipment specifically for wildland fire suppression and all-hazard incident response, including Engines Type 3, 4, 5, and 6; Support Water Tenders Type 1, 2, and 3; and Tactical Water Tenders Type 1 and 2. Contractor responsibilities encompass provision of equipment, materials, transportation, and personnel necessary to support these operations in accordance with the agreement specifications.

Contractors are expected to support emergency incident response, prescribed project work, and potential interagency cooperative efforts, with dispatch operations conducted through regionally-based centers.
