The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service has awarded a multiple award indefinite delivery contract to Foster Facilities, Inc. to provide portable toilets, hand wash stations, and related services in support of wildland fire and emergency response operations. The $7.5 million IDIQ contract is a 100% small business set-aside with a period of performance through June 2027.
Foster Facilities has been issued several delivery orders under this and other regional IDIQ vehicles to furnish facilities management and maintenance services, including portable toilet rental and pumping, to Forest Service offices and project sites across Oregon. Task orders range from several hundred to tens of thousands of dollars and encompass a variety of facility support functions to aid the agency's land management and emergency response missions. Foster Facilities' expertise in specialized services like vault toilet pumping and wastewater management for remote recreation areas positions the company well to serve the operational needs of the Forest Service and other Interior Department bureaus through this contract vehicle.
