About this IDV

GSA's Federal Acquisition Service issued a Federal Supply Schedule contract to Promark Technology Inc. on May 4, 2016, under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) vehicle with a ceiling of $217 million and performance through May 3, 2031. Promark Technology is a subsidiary of Ingram Micro Inc.'s Mobility business unit based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, competing without set-asides in the open federal marketplace as a large business.

The MAS contract authorizes ordering of commercial off-the-shelf IT hardware, networking equipment, software licenses, software maintenance, continuous diagnostics and mitigation tools, training courses, electronic commerce services, and order-level materials. Maximum order values are $500,000 for most items, $25,000 for training courses, and $250,000 for order-level materials; minimum order is $100. Place of performance is domestic delivery within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories, with Promark's point of production at Annapolis Junction. Delivery occurs 14–60 calendar days after receipt of order as negotiated with the ordering activity. The contract administrator is Mary Susa, 800-634-0255, gsaadvantage@promarktech.com.

Promark's core portfolio centers on Cisco networking equipment (switches, firewalls, routers, Catalyst systems), servers and workstations from Dell and HPE, storage and backup systems, VMware and Microsoft software licenses, video teleconferencing systems, Panasonic Toughbooks, Smart Boards, and transceiver modules. Recent delivery orders under this MAS contract span multiple agencies: Indian Health Service ($29,747.53 for Cisco phones, August 2026), Naval Education and Training Command ($44,950.21 for Dell Pro Max Tower desktops, June 2026), Federal Communications Commission ($133,649.71 for Cisco Secure Firewall 3110 equipment, October 2025), Air Force Special Operations Command ($387,793.36 for end-of-life data center equipment replacement at Portales, New Mexico, September 2025), Smithsonian Institution ($689,506.30 for network equipment, January 2023), and Naval Sea Systems Command (multiple orders ranging from $284 to $69,367.11). Activity has trended downward, with 38 awards in 2022, 24 in 2024, and 6 through mid-2026.
