WestEd, a nonprofit education research and development organization, was awarded a Federal Supply Schedule contract (GS10F0288W) by the General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Service to provide a range of professional services. This includes management and strategic consulting, facilitation, research and evaluations, and training and technical assistance. The contract has a period of performance from September 2010 through September 2025 and a ceiling value of $8.25 million.
Under this IDV, WestEd has received multiple task orders. A $27.5 million firm-fixed-price delivery order from the Department of Education's Office of Elementary and Secondary Education is for data collection, analysis, risk assessment, grantee monitoring, and operations/enhancement of the Charter School Programs Online System. Another $2.5 million firm-fixed-price task order from the Department's Contracts and Acquisition Management office is for a project titled "Building Teacher Capacity for Math Instruction in Adult Education." WestEd has also been awarded positions on two Department of Education Blanket Purchase Agreements: a $60 million BPA for data analytics and evaluation support services, and a $500 million BPA to provide grants management support services.
