Vector Resource Inc., a woman-owned small business, holds a significant $400 million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) to provide technical, engineering, and programmatic services in support of the agency's nuclear security enterprise project management activities. Through this BPA and associated delivery order contracts, Vector Resource has been awarded over $60 million in task orders to perform a wide range of services, including project management, engineering, technical support, acquisition and financial management, independent project review and assessment, logistics management, and business/administrative support. Many of these task orders were set aside for small businesses, leveraging Vector Resource's capabilities across various DOE/NNSA offices and programs. The work is performed at locations such as Los Alamos, New Mexico; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Erie, Pennsylvania; Schenectady, New York; Aiken, South Carolina; Washington, D.C.; and other sites to support the DOE/NNSA's critical national security missions.
In addition to the BPA, Vector Resource also holds a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) under which it has been awarded numerous delivery order contracts by the DOE/NNSA. These task orders, valued at over $40 million, provide the agency with a variety of professional services, including engineering, program management, project controls, procurement support, and technical assistance across the DOE/NNSA's enterprise. The work performed under these MAS contracts and delivery orders is vital to the DOE/NNSA's ability to manage and execute its large-scale construction, infrastructure modernization, and program management activities.
