Phoenix Oversight Group LLC, doing business as Phoenixteam, was awarded a $1 million Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract from the General Services Administration to provide IT professional services and management consulting to civilian federal agencies. Under this MAS contract, Phoenixteam, a woman-owned small business, has secured substantial task orders from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Housing Service. These include a $54.29 million contract to provide development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) support services for HUD's FHA CATALYST IT system, as well as a $1.12 million order to provide GUS B2G specification services in support of USDA's Single Family Housing Program. Additionally, Phoenixteam holds a $96.85 million IDIQ contract with the USDA Rural Housing Service for the development and implementation of the SURPASS system, which is set aside for small businesses. These IDVs and task orders demonstrate Phoenixteam's expertise in delivering large-scale, complex IT solutions to federal agencies in the housing and rural development sectors.
