Roshel LLC, a self-certified small disadvantaged business, was awarded a $500,000 Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract with the GSA Federal Acquisition Service. This contract, effective through December 2026, enables Roshel to provide non-tactical armored vehicles and vehicle armoring services to various federal agencies.
Additionally, Roshel holds a $78 million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract with the Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. This BPA, awarded under the MAS contract vehicle without any set-asides, has a period of performance through March 2029 and is focused on procuring Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles and Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs). Under this BPA, the Department of State has issued a $39.5 million BPA Call for 110 MRAP vehicles to be delivered by June 2024.
