The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support awarded a $197 million single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Rogers, Wicker, Rykman And Spedale LLC, doing business as EDO Consulting, a self-certified small disadvantaged, woman-owned small business. Under this BPA, EDO Consulting has received multiple firm-fixed-price task orders to provide a range of services including Warehouse Management System (WMS) development and sustainment, Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) transformation, application security support, project management, and other logistics IT services. The task orders, valued at over $30 million collectively, support critical supply chain and distribution operations for the Department of Defense. EDO Consulting has also secured positions on the DLA Joint Enterprise-wide Technical and Engineering Support (JETS) multiple-award IDIQ contract, allowing the agency to leverage the company's expertise across the supply chain lifecycle through efficient task order issuance.
These contracted services aim to modernize DLA's logistics IT infrastructure, enhance warehouse management capabilities, and improve the integration of systems like FLIS. The work is primarily performed in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and does not have any set-aside designations. EDO Consulting's extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics IT, and technical support services for the DoD makes it well-positioned to deliver these critical capabilities to DLA Troop Support.
