About this IDV
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), a civilian agency within the Department of Homeland Security, awarded a $500 million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) to provide Operational Applications Support and Information Services, referred to as the OASIS program. Under this BPA, IBM has been issued multiple task orders to deliver a broad range of IT services to TSA, including software development, cloud hosting, enterprise applications, data analytics, and microelectronics support. Task orders have supported critical TSA initiatives such as the Secure Flight program, Enterprise Document Protection, Electronic Time and Attendance System, and various application modernization efforts. The work is primarily performed in locations across Virginia. This flexible, indefinite delivery contract vehicle allows TSA to efficiently procure IBM's technological capabilities to meet mission-critical requirements and enable the agency's security and transportation operations.
