About this IDV

The Defense Information Systems Agency established a Blanket Purchase Agreement with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on July 10, 2010, with a ceiling of $48 million for labor and fixed-price period services, with an ultimate completion date of June 30, 2014.

The BPA was issued with no set-aside category and covers place of performance across multiple Department of Defense locations, including West McLean, Virginia; Arlington, Virginia; Alexandria, Virginia; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Fairfax, Virginia; Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; and Chantilly, Virginia.

Under this BPA, Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation received numerous calls from Defense agencies and components between 2011 and 2014. Notable orders include a $9.87 million firm fixed-price labor call from Defense Information Systems Agency (May 2011), a $3.48 million IT services and labor call from Department of Defense Headquarters (June 2012), a $2.84 million IT services and labor call from the Office of the Secretary of Defense (May 2012), and a $2.60 million IT services and labor call from the Logistics Information Service (March 2012). Defense Finance and Accounting Service issued calls for global exchange maintenance and data mapping services; Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support issued calls for global exchange system engineering, mapping development, and WAWF support; and the Business Transformation Agency issued calls for project management and professional support services. Additional calls supported the Defense Agencies Initiative, Enterprise Information Systems fund hub maintenance, and infrastructure financial services programs. Order values ranged from approximately $65,000 to $9.87 million, with firm fixed-price structures throughout the vehicle's active period.
