About this IDV
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL), a subsidiary of Union Station Venture, LTD., was awarded a $55 million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide multifamily property assessments and related services in support of HUD's Green Resilient and Retrofit Program (GRRP). This multiple-award BPA, which does not have a set-aside designation, enables HUD to efficiently procure JLL's expertise in real estate advisory, facilities management, and other services to improve the energy efficiency, health, and resilience of HUD-assisted multifamily housing.
Under this BPA, HUD has issued several firm fixed price task orders to JLL, totaling over $8 million, to conduct property appraisals, housing inspections, and provide technical assistance for GRRP initiatives. The work is performed in the Washington, DC area. This support aligns with HUD's statutory obligation under the Inflation Reduction Act to fund projects that enhance energy and climate resilience at eligible multifamily properties. The BPA has a period of performance through October 2028, allowing HUD to leverage JLL's capabilities to drive sustainability improvements across its housing portfolio.
