The original solicitation sought these services nationwide to import paper and electronic medical records into imaging systems accurately and timely while protecting veteran interests. Proposals were due from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses by February 2023 to establish blanket purchase agreements augmenting over one hundred Department of Veterans Affairs facilities' capabilities and reduce scanning backlogs annually.
