About this IDV
This Blanket Purchase Agreement was awarded by the Department of State to provide medical examination services. The multiple award IDV does not include any set-asides and has a potential value of $0. Ipte, LLC is the prime contractor responsible for delivering these services through November 20, 2022 at locations to be determined in support of the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Under this BPA, Ipte, LLC will conduct and administer medical examinations for personnel requiring clearance to work with or visit the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam. Common pre-employment or pre-assignment medical exams can include physical assessments, lab work, immunizations, and medical record reviews. As the protecting power for US diplomatic and consular missions, the Department of State leverages these types of IDVs to ensure all government and contract personnel meet health and fitness standards prior to working with or having access to its foreign facilities. By awarding this BPA, the agency aims to procure medical examination services for the next two years on an as-needed basis to support its staffing and operations in Tanzania.
