The Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has awarded Xerox Corporation, a leading provider of print and digital document solutions, a multi-million dollar blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to deliver equipment maintenance, managed services, and related document support to DEA offices nationwide. Under this 5-year BPA and associated task orders, Xerox will provide comprehensive services to maintain and service copiers, printers, and other critical imaging assets at DEA locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The contracted services will ensure the DEA's documents, files, and records are reliably processed, copied, and managed to support the agency's law enforcement and regulatory missions. Xerox, operating through its Customer Care Operations division, has been awarded firm fixed price task orders ranging from $500 to over $2.5 million to provide monthly maintenance, supplies, equipment inspection, and software license support for DEA offices in Dallas, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Rapid City, Springfield, Quantico, and Coppell. No set-aside designations were used for these awards to the large business prime contractor.

In addition to the overarching BPA, Xerox has also been awarded numerous individual BPA call contracts by the DEA and the Department of Justice's Civil Division to maintain specific equipment and provide document services on a task order basis. These firm fixed price contracts, valued from under $1,000 up to $60,000, cover maintenance and managed services for photocopiers, multifunction devices, and printers located at agency facilities in Texas, Virginia, South Dakota, Florida, and Puerto Rico. The contracted services will help ensure the DEA's critical document processing and imaging capabilities remain fully operational to support its drug enforcement and interdiction missions nationwide.
