The Department of Agriculture Forest Service R5-Pacific Southwest Region awarded a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement to Martin Brothers Construction to provide road maintenance and construction services across California's federal forests and grasslands. Valued at up to $50 million over a 10-year period of performance from March 2023 through March 2033, this IDV enables a variety of emergency and planned road infrastructure repair work. The originating solicitation sought quotes for labor, equipment, materials and associated tasks to address storm damage across the diverse terrains of California's national forests and grasslands. These included the Angeles, Cleveland, Eldorado, Humboldt-Toiyabe, Inyo, Klamath, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, Lassen, Los Padres, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, San Bernardino, Sequoia, Shasta-Trinity, Sierra, Six Rivers, Stanislaus, and Tahoe National Forests as well as the Butte Valley National Grassland. Set aside exclusively for small businesses, the blanket purchase agreement supports readiness and access across these federal lands through road maintenance services, construction activities, and emergency response work.
