About this award

The Department of Housing and Urban Development Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development awarded Everyone Cooperating To Help Others, Inc. (doing business as Echo) $218,800 under the Continuum of Care Program (CFDA 14.267) on January 1, 2026.

Echo, a Wisconsin-based nonprofit, will use the award to support operational costs for youth homelessness services in Janesville, Wisconsin, including leasing structures, rental assistance, case management, and supportive services for individuals under age 25 experiencing homelessness. The Continuum of Care Program promotes community-wide commitment to ending homelessness and provides funding for nonprofit providers, states, and local governments to quickly house homeless individuals and families while minimizing trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness.

The grant covers the period January 1 through December 31, 2026. This award represents Echo's sustained participation in HUD's youth-focused homelessness initiatives, complementing prior Continuum of Care awards and the organization's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program funding.
