The Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded a $947,937 Microloan Program (CFDA 59.046) project grant to Co Enterprise Fund, LLC (doing business as Colorado Enterprise Fund), a nonprofit community development financial institution. The grant funds will be used by the organization to provide microloans up to $50,000 and accompanying technical assistance to small businesses, particularly those owned by women, minorities, and low-income individuals, in underserved communities across Colorado. The one-year project period runs from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The organization has also received subawards from the City of Boulder to support its microfinance and technical assistance programming for disadvantaged entrepreneurs within the municipality.
