This award supports community-wide efforts to end homelessness in Dayton, Ohio, through June 1, 2027. The grant funds eligible costs associated with five core program components: permanent supportive housing and rapid rehousing for homeless individuals and families; transitional housing; supportive services; Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS); and homelessness prevention activities. The funding supports up to thirteen eligible cost categories, including CoC planning activities, fiscal control and accounting services, real property acquisition and rehabilitation, new construction, rental assistance, case management, and operating costs for housing and supportive services.
