The Department of Housing and Urban Development Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development awarded Bronxworks, Inc. $2,094,081 on June 1, 2026, under the Continuum of Care Program (CFDA 14.267).
Bronxworks will use the funding to establish and operate projects serving homeless individuals and families in the Bronx, New York, through five program components: permanent housing (including permanent supportive housing for persons with disabilities and rapid rehousing), transitional housing, supportive services only, homeless management information systems, and homelessness prevention. Eligible activities include COC planning, United Funding Agency costs for fiscal control and accounting, acquisition and rehabilitation of real property for housing or supportive services, and new construction.
