This is a $157,785 federal Project Grant awarded on March 11, 2025 by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program (CFDA 14.267). The grant funding will enable the awardee, Edge New Jersey, Inc. (doing business as New Jersey Aids Services), a woman-owned non-profit organization, to provide a comprehensive range of services aimed at preventing and ending homelessness among individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in New Jersey communities.
Key services to be delivered through this grant include temporary housing, housing placement assistance, case management, counseling, education, and other supportive services tailored to the needs of the target population. In addition to acting as the primary grant recipient, New Jersey Aids Services has also previously served as a sub-awardee, collaborating with other prime grantees to deliver supplementary services such as transportation and nutrition support to further reduce homelessness and address the comprehensive needs of affected communities.
