THE KUSKOKWIM CORPORATION WILL PURCHASE SUPPLIES AND BOOKS AND HIRE A CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE THE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE NEEDED FOR DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE LIBRARY.
