ACTIVITIES PERFORMED UTILIZING EDUCATIONAL PROVIDERS, NELA HOPE WILL PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SECTOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING THAT WILL YIELD EMPLOYER AND INDUSTRY-RECOGNIZED CERTIFICATES, OR DEGREES COMBINED WITH INTENSE CASE MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. NAMELY, PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ASSISTED WITH ACADEMIC SUPPORTS, CHILDCARE, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE, TUITION ASSISTANCE AND OTHER FINANCIAL SUPPORT, WORK READINESS AND JOB PLACEMENT. OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING IN-DEMAND POSITIONS: REGISTERED NURSE, LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, MEDICAL AND CLINICAL LAB TECH, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AIDE, AND NURSING ASSISTANT/ PERSONAL CARE AIDE, MEDICATION AIDE, AMONG OTHERS. DELIVERABLES NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS THAT WILL BE ENROLLED IN THE OVERALL WORC PROGRAM: 150; NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL BEGIN ANY HEALTHCARE OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING: 150; NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO ENTER INTO A CAREER PATHWAY: 75; NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL COMPLETE ANY HEALTHCARE OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING: 150; NUMBER OF INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT IN A HEALTHCARE OCCUPATION: 150; NUMBER OF JOBS RETAINED DUE TO UPSKILLING OF PARTICIPANTS: 30 INTENDED BENEFICIARY NEW WORKFORCE ENTRANTS, DISLOCATED WORKERS, AND INCUMBENT WORKERS.
