The grant funding will support the establishment and operation of three eligible project components: 1) Permanent Housing - Rapid Re-Housing, 2) Joint Transitional Housing/Permanent Housing - Rapid Re-Housing, and 3) Supportive Services Only for Coordinated Entry.
