THEY PROGRESS THROUGH A FOUR-PHASE STRUCTURED (700 DAY) RESIDENTIAL, OUTPATIENT, MEDICALLY ASSISTED AND/OR AFTERCARE TREATMENT CONTINUUM, ENHANCED BY CASE MANAGEMENT, SELF-HELP, AND SUPPORT.
