POPULATION(S) TO BE SERVED: ADULTS (AGES 18+) DIAGNOSED WITH A MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER OR CO-OCCURRING DISORDER (COD) BASED ON ASAM PLACEMENT CRITERIA; 69% MALE (MSM); 30% FEMALE; 1% TRANSGENDER; 80% AFRICAN AMERICAN; 15% HISPANIC/LATINX; 5% MULTIRACIAL; AND 6% LGBTQ+; LIVING WITH OR AT RISK FOR HIV AND/OR HEPATITIS RESIDING IN HILLSBOROUGH AND PINELLAS COUNTIES.
