MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - THE PROPOSED PROJECT FOR RCORP-BHS FUNDING WILL CENTER ITS CORE ACTIVITIES IN THE HRSA RURAL TARGETED AREA OF PICKETT COUNTY AND FENTRESS COUNTY, TENNESSEE FOR WHICH THE ENTIRE COUNTIES QUALIFY AS A RURAL SERVICE AREA THROUGH THE RURAL HEALTH GRANTS ELIGIBILITY ANALYZER. A CRITICAL GAP EXISTING IN PICKETT AND FENTRESS COUNTIES IS TIMELY ACCESS TO QUALITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PREVENTION, TREATMENT, AND RECOVERY SERVICES. THEREFORE, TN-PFORE'S OVERARCHING GOAL IS TO ADVANCE ACCESS TO QUALITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES AND SUD TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SERVICES IN THESE RURAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH A BLEND OF TELEHEALTH AND IN-PERSON SERVICE DELIVERY.
