As the leading expert on FPS delivery in arizona, and a trusted community, state-wide, and national resource, afhp is dedicated to providing and improving access to high-quality reproductive healthcare and advancing health equity. Afhp will ensure telehealth infrastructure enhancement in cochise county increases opportunities for rural, low-income individuals to access equitable, affordable, client-centered, confidential, and quality FPS.
