The City of Sand Springs, Oklahoma received a $184,999.80 Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) project award from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on September 6, 2021. The award is part of FEMA's AFG program (CFDA #97.044), which aims to enhance public and firefighter safety from fire and fire-related hazards through funding for equipment, vehicles, training, and other resources.
