PREPARING THE FRONTLINES FOR A CLIMATE FUTURE THROUGH HOLISTIC WEATHERIZATION SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE ELIGIBILITY AND UPTAKE OF LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS FULLY PARTICIPATING IN THE WAP, THEREBY REDUCING ENERGY BURDEN AND MAKING THE RESIDENCE CLIMATE READY. TO DO THIS WE MUST HELP RESIDENTS OVERCOME BARRIERS TO PROGRAM AWARENESS, TAX ASSESSMENT CONCERNS, TITLE CONCERNS AND HOME REPAIR. OUR COMBINED EFFORTS OF CO-PRODUCTION, AGENCY COORDINATION, AND AN ONLINE WEATHERIZATION COORDINATION PLATFORM (WCP) WILL LIMIT ATTRITION AND INCREASE OVERALL WEATHERIZATION ACTIVITY.
