The Department of Housing and Urban Development's Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development awarded the Orange County Housing Authority $528,250 under the Continuum of Care Program (CFDA 14.267) on February 1, 2026. The Continuum of Care Program is designed to promote community-wide commitment to ending homelessness and provide funding to quickly house homeless individuals and families while minimizing trauma and dislocation, promote access to mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families, and optimize self-sufficiency.
