THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WILL SUPPORT THE PUERTO RICO ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE LEAD-BASED PAINT ACCREDITATION PROGRAM, TRAINING INDIVIDUALS, AND ESTABLISHING WORKPLACE STANDARDS IN RESIDENTIAL HOUSING BUILT BEFORE 1978.
