ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES THAT WILL BE PERFORMED UNDER THIS AWARD SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW YORK'S AMENDED FINAL PHASE III WATERSHED IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, THE CONOWINGO WATERSHED IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, AND ASSOCIATED TWO-YEAR MILESTONES. ACTIVITIES WILL SPECIFICALLY SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION, TRACKING, AND REPORTING OF BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES (BMPS) IN THE UPPER SUSQUEHANNA REGION.SUBRECIPIENT:FUNDING WILL BE SUBAWARDED TO THE UPPER SUSQUEHANNA COALITION TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO LANDOWNERS AND SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIORITY BMPS, INCLUDING RIPARIAN BUFFERS, WETLAND RESTORATION, AND NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT.
