THE PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE SAFE, HIGH-QUALITY AFTERSCHOOL CARE AND ENRICHMENT SERVICES THAT SUPPORT CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENTAL GROWTH WHILE ENABLING PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS TO MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT, PARTICIPATE IN WORKFORCE TRAINING, OR PURSUE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
