THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS SEEKING TO INVESTIGATE, DEVELOP AND ESTABLISH AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS FOR LANDS UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION. THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO TRIBES AND THE TRIBAL COMMUNITY.
