The project will also include improved boat launches, trails, signage, and other infrastructure to better serve users at Prospect Park, Birdland Marina, Harriet Access, and Scott Avenue. The Iowa Department of Agriculture serves as the parent organization to the Iowa DOT, the primary awardee responsible for delivering the infrastructure project supported by this $62.5M grant award.
