THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL SUPPORT CLOSING THE DIGITAL EQUITY GAP AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TERRITORY DIGITAL EQUITY PLAN. THE PROPOSED PROJECT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT PLAN DEVELOPMENT: DATA COLLECTION, PLAN DEVELOPMENT, PLAN ROLLOUT.
