THIS PROJECT WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY DEPLOYING A TEAM OF FIVE PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE INTENSIVE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO STAKEHOLDERS FOCUSING ON FARMERS MARKET OPERATIONS FINANCE AND FUNDING AND SALES AND MARKETING ALL INFORMED BY FEEDBACK GATHERED THROUGH PRODUCER FOCUS GROUPS AND SURVEYS. AIM WILL ALSO IMPLEMENT A MARKET AMBASSADOR TRAINING PROGRAM TO INCREASE CUSTOMER COUNTS AT ITS CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKETS AIMING FOR AN ANTICIPATED 11 INCREASE IN SALES AND A 5 INCREASE IN CROWD COUNTS.
