THE ARC OF THE UNITED STATES (THE ARC) PROPOSES TO HAVE 12 AMERICORPS MEMBERS WHO WILL RECEIVE TRAINING IN THE HEALTHMATTERSTM CURRICULUM TO DELIVER HEALTH EDUCATION, NUTRITION TRAINING, AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CLASSES TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (IDD) IN CALIFORNIA.
