Description
- Abstract
- Month tribal youth planning grant aimed at developing a juvenile delinquency prevention, intervention, treatment and after care strategic plan to serve the youth of the sicangu oyate. The tribal youth program will focus on bringing healing to the community and to the youth by utilizing evidence-based interventions that are strength based and intersecting them with traditional indigenous cultural approaches. The project goal is to create a planning team to assist in the 10 planning meetings focused on the health and well-being of the youth in the tribe.
