MORE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES INCLUDE MORE PRECISE ASSESSMENT OF THE BARRIERS TO BROADBAND; BETTER INFORMED AND PREPARED STAFF, PARTNERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS RESULTING IN A MORE COLLABORATIVE, COHESIVE FIVE-YEAR ACTION PLAN; GREATER CAPACITY IN THE BROADBAND OFFICE TO SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE ALL PROJECT DELIVERABLES; ASSET MAPPING BROADBAND-RELATED ACTIVITIES ACROSS COLORADO RESULTING IN AN ASSET INVENTORY; PROVIDE TRAINING, EDUCATION, GRANT WRITING SERVICES, AND OTHER SUPPORT TO SUBGRANTEES WHO NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: THE INTENDED BENEFICIARIES ARE UNSERVED AND UNDERSERVED GROUPS IN STATE OF COLORADO WITH A FOCUS ON RURAL AND UNSERVED POPULATIONS.SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: THE RECIPIENT DOES NOT INTEND TO SUBAWARD FUNDS.
