THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF LIBRARIES WILL USE FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE GOALS OF THEIR FIVE-YEAR PLAN FOR FY 2023-2027, WHICH REFLECT THE PURPOSES AND PRIORITIES OF THE LIBRARY SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGY ACT (LSTA).
