DESCRIPTION:THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES SUPPORT TO THE CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE GOSHUTE RESERVATION TO IMPLEMENT ITS NONPOINT SOURCE (NPS) MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, FOCUSING ON WATERSHEDS WITH WATER QUALITY IMPAIRMENTS CAUSED BY POLLUTED RUN-OFF FROM NONPOINT SOURCES. NONPOINT SOURCE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS INCLUDE ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING OF NPS-IMPAIRED WATERS, A VARIETY OF STRUCTURAL AND NON-STRUCTURAL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES (BMPS), STAFF TRAINING, AND A VARIETY OF EDUCATION/OUTREACH PROGRAMS. THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FULL FEDERAL FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,000. PREAWARD COSTS ARE APPROVED BACK TO 7/1/2025. REFER TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
